Unless the script details that scene more indepth... there is no way to tell. You don't get a good look at the other Autobot. I notice he has... what I think are doors on his back. I wanted to say he's another spybot like the line and size Huffer was but in the cartoon all Transformers are roughly the same scale of one another.
I honestly have to say, I don't know and I'd be surprised if anyone else does either.
