Okay... first, the actor doesn't do much to hide his Rorshack voice which is sort of makes me eh... Second I don't like the reuse of classic Nightmare on Elm Street scenes like the girl in the tub and the naked boy in the junk yard! If you're going to remake this classic then be original with the dream sequences.
HOWEVER, what the Lovecraftian fanboy in me did like... was the little girl in the blue dress with the slash marks across in her dress... that was awesome and creepy!
Yeah I think he could have done a tad bit more better with the voice part myself. The creepy part of the little girl was pretty awesome. Some of the other stuff looks good. Now as far as the tub scene I like it actually.While it is a remake it is nice to see they added some of the old stuff in there as well.
