Vertigo: Crossroads
An online chartroom role-play based on the darker more mature stories such as DC Vertigo, Magic, Mayhem and the Macabre are found inside.
This room is based on the mystical and magical environments of works of DC Vertigo, Joss Whedon's Buffy and Angel series, Jim Butcher's Dresden, Terry Goodkind's First Wizard along with other books and TV series.
All Characters are welcome as long as they have some form of or connection to Magic.
We are hoping to have a fun open room. Where all Characters can inter- role-play with each other, where Buffy, Dresden, Charmed and others can fit into the same world. We are open to ideas and suggestions. Ask if you have any questions.
We take no credit for the characters, events or settings described in these great works
This room is merely a common continuinty where all of these characters and our enjoyment of them can be expressed and enjoyed.

Now the rules for this room:
- Avatars can be no bigger than 350 pixels in height. Each room may have their own limit so be sure to read over each room’s rules. No matter what though the limit of the site itself is at 350.
- No harrassing of anyone. If someone harasses you then by all means tell Captain Jack or Savannah, and we will make sure it stops. Otherwise a DRC mod can be requested from the DRC site.
- NO sexual situtations. At least not in public. What happens in private is your own monster. You can lead up to it in the open and even flirt and what not.
- While some of the same characters are played in different rooms. Events that happen to a character in one room will not cross over to another unless approved by that room's room controller.
- AVATARS...
The avatars on the board must be of a non-suggestive mature. Vertigo: Crossroads is being promoted offline in public places and forums. The Chatroom may be for people of age 18 and up but the message board has no restrictions. We are less worried about language used on the board then we are about the pictures used.
Avatars in the room may be of some suggestive nature but please no outlandish nudity. If you have a question about any of your work, please don't hesitate to show us and we'll gladly tell you if it's acceptable or not.
- We have an easy but strict character creation process. Please make sure you read all the threads thuroughly and comply with everything asked. We're rather easy going as far as stats go so if you find your character is not approved, please read threads and make sure you've followed everything properly. We refuse to chase down players to make sure they cross every "T" and dot every "i".
- This list will be updated as issues arrise and changes occur. Once again check the boards to be in the Know.
