Traveling up the steep mountain of Stormking, you've heard rumors of a castle hidden way up high where the servants dance with brightly colored clothes and ribbons. Curiosity getting the best of you, you leave the village at the base of the mountain and make your way higher and higher trying to reach the summit. As you pass though the clouds you feel that you can't climb anymore you stop and stare before you is the castle of Dark Dreams. Forging your way onward you spy the ravine that must be crossed before you reach your final destination... Welcome....You've finally reached Dark Dreams, Please make your stay a pleasant and restful one. This castle is full of rumoured strange mystical delights such as Fairies,Witches, and Warlocks hidden in the mountains.
There will be a few simple rules to be followed as we want the home to function as normally and smoothly as possible and also as close to the real Medieval times as possible our room is set in the time period of 1345. Disputes in this time period were solved by the tip of the sword, Please note though for our asking this will be to first blood not to kill. All duels will be held in the court yard with Guards posted to make sure all is kept fair. This room is for experienced role players as well as those who are new to role-playing as well...
In our castle you will find our servants(slaves) will be more then willing to serve you, be it by dance or refreshments. This room is a Medieval/Magical room all rolled into one. All are welcome here to join in the fun and to take your mind from the hassles of everyday life. We welcome you.
When arriving for the first time to our home please make a post or two on your arrival to the castle. We like to see what our guests endured during their trip up the mountain side. We all know you don't just "appear" someplace new, you need to travel there.
1. Every typist is allowed a max of two chars.
2. When entering Dark Dreams please make sure to come in with a name, any ... or non name will make you an automatic boot on site. As well if you are greeted by anyone in this room please respond at least with a hello, if you do not respond in a timly manner you will be escorted out of the room. Lurkers/Lurking are/is not tolerated. If you do not make a post within 5mins of your enterance you will be booted. If you are new to the room it means posting your trip to the Empire or Dark Dreams Castle even if you are only there for a visit... If you are a current member of the room this has lee way as we know you're already established in a roleplay.
3. Once you feel comfortable inside our walls please feel free to submit a bio onto the private message boards this way we have a bit of a background on your character and perhaps we can create a roleplay based on your characters past. As well until you are a full member of the room please don't just jump into any serious storyline with both feet. Try to get to know what is happening before par taking in the rp and ease into it. Also please NOTE! Be kind and roleplay with others in the room.. this is not a room for solitary roleplaying with specific persons. Yes we understand it takes time to set your roleplay up but you need to also roleplay with others in the home and not sequester yourself away with another party and ignore those around you specially if there are more then just you in the home. That is very rude and will not be tolerated. If you feel you need to only roleplay with one specific person maybe you should find yourself a private room and take your roleplay there.
4. This room has a sexual theme to it. Please do not let this offend you. Cybering or sexual experiences may be open or in private. If you come into the room just to cyber and not partake in actual time period role-play you will be promptly escorted from the room. Also please note if caught trying to god-mod please be prepared to leave. It is not an acceptable form of rp.
5. This MUST BE FOLLOWED If a Lord wishes to court one of the Lady's under Her Majesty's rule. These things must be done.
A. Must have Her Majesty/ Royal Regant's permission before courting may begin.
B. A chaperone will be assigned to each party.(the chaperone will be an NPC character)
6. No pming of a servant in the room unless granted by the servants Lord/Lady or other free members of the room. Your pm is subject to being on display to the rest of the room if you do so. Also out of curtesy for the Lords/Ladies of the room please ask them as well if they grant permission for you to pm them as well
7. Please keep ooc to a minimum.
8. Please no Anime, this is a room for adults not cartoons
9. No Recruiting of members of this home! If you are caught doing so you shall be banned and reported to site management

All Av's may be no bigger then 400 in height. If larger you will be asked to change your av.

This is a no Kill Zone and there are no forced collars for servants.Magic is present in this room and is limited. If you would like to use magic you must submit on our boards an application to do so. Also magic is used where applicable. This doesn't mean that magic is instantaneous or effortless. Any uses of magic will need an accompanying spell or ritual component. Merely pointing at something is not enough, a verbal component such as chanting or the stating of a spell for example is what we are looking for.
