After traveling for days across the plains, an irregular line appears along the horizon. In the distance, swaying and bobbing heads coelesce into giant bovines that are the bosk, the lifeblood of the Wagon People. You know you are in the dangerous lands of the Tuchuk, the wily and fierce Warriors who live without fear, and worship only the Sky. They are fearless nomadic people who consider strangers to be as welcome as the enemy. You have traveled far, and have farther yet to go. You are met quickly by the hidden patrol of Outriders mounted on kaiila back, fierce looking with their scars and lances. One Outrider moves forward, lance leveled as He approaches and speaks:
You are then escorted into the Camp, the many colored wagons lining the paths, too many to count and all brightly colored, slaves running about doing chores and serving, some glancing then going back to their business, You are moved towards the Main fires, many Warriors looking You up and down as they would any Stranger. You are brought to the Dais and greeted by the Leader of the Tuchuk.....Ubar Tulkas.
This Home is a Full Capture/Force collar/Kill Zone and Mirror Zone
Basic Rules for Entering Tuchuk:
1) You must Roleplay Your way into Camp from the Plains, once in camp by using the 3 pulldowns 1) Tuchuk Borders, 2) Deep in Tuchuk land and 3) Challenged, otherwise You are captured on the Plains and brought in front of the ranking Free in the Home at the time. No one just appears at the fires. If You are a Guest in Tuchuk You will roleplay from Your wagon accordingly. Tuchuk Free and slaves will rp from within the camp by changing default entry post.
2) Free Women are welcome to visit using Escorts, real or NPC'd. Your tags are to state You are traveling with Escorts and Who You are a Guest of. You will behave while here and wear appropriate clothing [avs]. By Ubar's Law, Women nay drink paga here unless it's a special occassion.
3) Slaves on Gor did not travel without their Owners. Collared slaves entering the Camp that do not reside there, will be captured and held at your Owners expense for 48 hours. You will be asked where your Owner lives and what the URL for their message board is. If you are a guest slave, you will need to state so in your tags. This rule is ultimately, up to the discretion of the Camps Ubar.... His word is final.
4) The ~o~ is observered here, you are allowed 3 visits to watch and ask questions in PM.
Any RP past greeting will earn you a collar of Tuchuk.
5) Messengers will be Y/your Gorean name and yellow sashed, if you enter otherwise your RP is invalid
6) Leave Y/your RT where it belongs, out of the Gorean RP home.
Occassional OOC comments are made but this is not a general chat room.
7) Non Members of this Home are to ask prior to PMing any of the Home, slaves included.
8) These Rules are subject to change at Ubar Tulkas' discretion, please be sure to check them before entering.
Ignorance is no excuse! By entering Tuchuk it's assumed you read the Rules and understand them
9) This Home is constantly patrolled by Outriders irritable herd of 1000's of bosk and sleen so there is no way to "sneak" into Tuchuk. Being it's Online there's no way to put 1000's of actual people so NPC Outriders, bosk and sleens are used and by entering You agree that RP is Valid
10) Anything said, done, threats made or promises done in any sort of IM are NOT valid in this Home.
Those summoned by IM's to aide in causing trouble will be booted and RP invalid.
Gor does not have cell phones.
